Mayor Anthony Smith called the regular Council Meeting of October 24, 2022 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Council Members Bill Breedlove, John Ruymann and Julie Zehe answered roll call.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Motion made by Councilperson Breedlove with a second by Councilperson Ruymann to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 12, 2022. All in favor. Motion Carried.

Submitted September report.

OLD BUSINESS:

CORRESPONDENCE: None

NEW BUSINESS: Discussion of street status after TIB project completed. COVID funds and equipment purchase for 2023 budget. Council position#3- motion made to approve Lisa Stephens as Council Member made by Councilperson Ruymann and seconded by Councilperson Zehe. Councilperson Fallow will be submitting a resignation letter. Posting for next council member will run from November 1-December 31.

ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS: RES #436-Solid Waste Contract. LeMay will be raising their rates the maximum of 5%. Motion made to re-up with LeMay by Councilperson Ruymann and seconded by Councilperson Breedlove.

CLERK’S REPORT:

Checks #20983-20994 and EFTs dated 9/26/2022 in the amount of $3,911.54

Checks #20995-21011 and EFTs dated 10/06/2022 in the amount of $15,427.77

Payroll checks #13099-13105 and EFTs for September 2022 in the amount of $17,062.37

Motion to accept made by Councilperson Breedlove with a second by Councilperson Zehe. All in favor. Motion Carried.

No further business. A Motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second from Councilperson Breedlove to adjourn the meeting at 7:56 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
