Welcome to Oakville City Hall

Mayor Anthony Smith called the regular Council Meeting of March 13, 2023 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Council Members Bill Breedlove, Lisa Stephens, John Ruymann, and Allen Werth answered roll call. Motion made to excuse Julie Zehe made by Councilperson Breedlove and seconded by Councilperson Stephens. Motion carried.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

Executive Session to discuss personnel as pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 for 20 minutes convened at 7:31pm. Executive session ended at 7:51pm, no action taken.

Motion made after reconvening: Public Works Director salary increase to $85,000; motion made by Councilperson Breedlove and seconded by Councilperson Stephens. In favor were Councilpersons Stephens, Breedlove, and Werth.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Motion made by Councilperson Stephens with a second by Councilperson Werth to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 13, 2023. All in favor. Motion Carried.

RES No. 438 honoring Councilperson Fallow. Motion to accept made by Councilperson Breedlove and seconded by Councilperson Ruymann.

Motion to accept made by Councilperson Stephens with a second by Councilperson Werth. All in favor. Motion Carried.
