Mayor Anthony Smith called the regular Council Meeting of June 13, 2022 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Council Members Traci Fallow, Dan Martin, John Ruymann and Julie Zehe answered roll call. A motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann and seconded by Councilperson Fallow to excuse Councilperson Breedlove. All in favor. Motion carried.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Motion made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second by Councilperson Zehe to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 9th, 2022. All in favor. Motion Carried.

PUBLIC HEARING:

2023 Six Year Street Plan Hearing per RCW, open at 7:37pm and closed at 7:44pm.

WATER/STREET REPORT:

Monthly report was presented and included a description of what the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program is for a member of the public. A motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second by Councilperson Fallow to purchase traffic revision signs, stands, and cones. Not to exceed $5,000. All in favor. Motion Carried.

OLD BUSINESS:

Neeley-Simmons Park was moved to workshop.

CORRESPONDENCE: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Deputy Clerk Position was moved to workshop.

ORDINANCES & RESOLUTIONS:

A motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann and seconded by Councilperson Zehe to accept RES. #435 Six Year Street Plan. All in favor. Motion carried.

CLERK’S REPORT:

Checks #20863-20872 and EFT’s dated 05/23/2022, in the amount of $2,559.06

Checks #20873-20889 and EFT’s dated 06/09/2022, in the amount of $18,499.39

Payroll Checks #13071-13077 and EFT’s for May 2022, in the amount of $17,519.65

Motion to accept made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second by Councilperson Zehe to pay our bills. All in favor. Motion Carried.

No further business. A Motion was made by Councilperson Zehe with a second from Councilperson Fallow to adjourn the meeting at 8:07 PM. All in favor. Motion Carried.
