Mayor pro tem Traci Fallow called the regular Council Meeting of May 13, 2019 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Council Members Julie Zehe, Allen Werth, Angelo Cilluffo and John Ruymann answered roll call. Full Quorum.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

A motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second by Councilperson Werth to accept the regular minutes of May 13, 2019. Motion carried.

WATER/STREET REPORT:

Public Works Director, Richard Armstrong submitted a written report on the projects and work being done around the city in the Water, Streets, Cemetery and Parks departments.

STAFF REPORT:

Certified payments- New Electric Payment Option- Clerk-Treasurer Amy Durga explained different option to possibly save the city money for electronic payments or online payments

CLERK’S REPORT:

Clerk-Treasurer, Amy Durga, submitted: Checks #19697-19704 dated 05/22/2019, in the amount of $2,348.82. Checks #19705-19718 dated 06/06/2019, in the amount of $14,312.27.  Payroll Checks #12821-12827 and EFT claims dated May 2019 in the amount of $18,006.05.

Motion was made by Councilperson Zehe and seconded by Councilperson Cilluffo to accept the Clerk’s Report as presented for payment of the bills. Motion carried.
