Mayor Angelo Cilluffo called the regular Council Meeting of July 12, 2021 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.


ROLL CALL:

Council Members Bill Breedlove, Julie Zehe, Traci Fallow, and John Ruymann answered roll call. A motion was made by Councilperson Fallow with a second from Councilperson Zehe to excuse Councilperson Martin. Motion Carried.


APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

A motion was made by Councilperson Ruymann with a second by Councilperson Zehe to accept the regular minutes of June 14, 2021. Motion carried.

MAYOR’S REPORT:

Fire Department Grant, moved to workshop.

WATER/STREET REPORT:

Public Works Director, Richard Armstrong updated the council on the projects and work being done around the city in the Water, Streets, Cemetery and Parks departments. Go forward with TIB Grant Application for School Street Road. Bring it back to the next business meeting.

Clerk-Treasurer, Amy Durga, submitted: Checks #20520-20533 and EFTs dated 06/28/2021, in the amount of $19,101.58.

Checks #20534-20545 and EFTs dated 07/8/2021, in the amount of $6,460.49

Payroll Checks #12994-13000 and EFTs for June 2021, in the amount of $18,580.96.

A motion was made by Councilperson Breedlove with a second from Councilperson Fallow to accept the Clerk’s Report as presented for payment of the bills. Motion carried.


COUNCIL COMMENTS:

Councilmen Ruymann shared that he is now on the Grays Harbor Planning Commission.

Councilmen Breedlove expressed congrats to Oakville & Chamber on Independence Day Celebration.


A Motion was made by Councilperson Fallow with a second from Councilperson Zehe to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 PM. Motion Carried.
