Mayor Anthony Smith called the regular Council Meeting of January 9, 2023 to order at 7:30 P.M. Everyone joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL:

Council Members Bill Breedlove, Lisa Stephens, and Julie Zehe answered roll call. Motion made by Councilperson Zehe with a second by Councilperson Breedlove to excuse John Ruymann and Traci Fallow. Motion carried.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Motion made by Councilperson Stephens with a second by Councilperson Zehe to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 12, 2022. All in favor. Motion Carried.

PUBLIC HEARING: None

CITIZENS COMMENTS: None

MAYOR’S REPORT: Care Taker Dwelling Memorandum from Don Terry.

PRESENTATIONS/COMMITTEE REPORTS: Summit Medical Center, Josh Martin.

POLICE REPORT: Report for December 2022 submitted.

PUBLIC WORKS REPORT: Monthly report for December submitted. Motion for tree removal- not to exceed cost of $2,000.00 made by Councilperson Stephens with a second by Councilperson Zehe. All in favor. Motion Carried.
