The City of Oakville is now accepting applications for an open council position. To qualify the applicant must be a registered voter and have lived in the city for at least one year. Please send your letter of interest to: City of Oakville, P.O. Box D, Oakville, WA 98568. Letters must be received no later than July 10, 2014.

Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given, that the City Council of the City of Oakville will hold a public hearing on the Six Year Street Plan. Copies of the proposed Six Year Street Plan are available at City Hall. The hearing will commence at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing may be called to order on June 09, 2014 in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 204 E Main, Oakville, WA. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

The City of Oakville welcomes Thomas Sims as Mayor, Allan Palmerson as Councilman #3, and Angelo Cilluffo as Councilman #4. Richard Hawkins, Traci Fallow and John Ruymann continue to serve in their council positions for another term.

Town Hall Meeting with the GHC Assessor

The citizens of Oakville are invited to an informal meeting to discuss the increased property taxes for the Oakville area. The Grays Harbor County Assessor, Rick Hole, will be in attendance to answer questions. The meeting will commence at 7:30 P.M. on February 28, 2010 in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 204 E Main, Oakville, WA. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
